The copyright (moral rights and economic rights) of all the contents on the Cocolong website (hereinafter referred to as “the website”), including but not limited to trademarks, videos, pictures, photographs, articles, layouts and design, are owned by YU SHUN INTERNATION CULTURAL CO., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as “the company”) and are protected by the Copyright Act of Taiwan and the International Copyright Act. The abovementioned content and the content linked in the website are owned by the company owner and are prohibited to be reproduced, adapted, edited, filmed, publicly displayed, publicly broadcasted, lent, rented, publicly transmitted, or by any means that would be deemed an infringement of the company’s copyright. Distorting, mutilating, modifying or otherwise changing the content, form, or name of the work, thereby damaging the company’s reputation are prohibited. Anyone commits any of the abovementioned actions shall be held liable to the applicable criminal and civil laws.
※ According to the Article 91 and Article 92 of the Copyright Act, a person who infringes on the economic rights of another person by means of reproducing the work without authorization shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than three years, detention, or in lieu thereof or in addition thereto a fine not more than seven hundred and fifty thousand New Taiwan Dollars.
※ According to the Article 17, the company has the right to prohibit others from distorting, mutilating, modifying, or otherwise changing the content, form, or name of the work, thereby damaging the author's reputation. Anyone commits any of the abovementioned actions shall be sentenced of up to two years imprisonment or detention shall be imposed, or in lieu thereof or in addition thereto, a fine of not more than five hundred thousand New Taiwan Dollars.
B. Rights in the Trademark
Cocolong trademark (trademark registration number 01894041) is owned by the company and protected by the Trademark Act of Taiwan. Unauthorized use of the company’s trademark is prohibited. Anyone commits the infringement shall be held liable to the applicable criminal and civil laws.
※ According to the Article 95 and Article 96 of the Trademark Act, anyone who uses a trademark which is identical or similar with the registered trademark shall be liable to imprisonment for a period not exceeding three years and/or a fine not exceeding two hundred thousand New Taiwan Dollars.
